Eligibility

Should have successfully passed the entrance examination conducted by Institute of Science and Technology (IOST), TU

Eligibility for TU's BIT program requires completion of the following:

  1. Passed Proficiency Certificate Level or Equivalent with:
    • -At least Second Division
    • -Studied English and Mathematics/Computer (100 full marks)
  2. Passed Grade 12 (NEB) in any stream with:
    • -Studied English and Math/Computer (100 full marks)
    • -C grade or above in English, Math/Computer
    • -GPA ≥ 1.6 in each subject and CGPA ≥ 1.8
  3. Passed A-Level with:
    • -Studied English and Math/Computer
    • - At least D grade
  4. Passed CTEVT 3-Year Diploma with:
    • -Second Division
    • - Studied English and Math/Computer (100 full marks each)
